Butter biscuits


500 g flour
200 g softened butter
250 g white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dessert spoon Ground ginger (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place all the Ingredients in the mixing bowl and program 20 seconds on speed 6. Mix with the spatula. Next, program 2 minutes on the Dough speed.
  3. Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and shape the biscuits with your favorite mini cookie cutters.
  4. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and put in the oven for 8 minutes. (Cooking time depends on each oven).
