Chicken nuggets


200 g white sandwich bread, sliced
300 g chicken breast fillet, cut in pieces
¾ tsp fine sea salt
¼ tsp paprika
1 garlic clove
90 g cream cheese
70 g milk
2 medium eggs
Oil, for frying pan


  1. Place bread, including crusts, in mixing bowl and gate 5 seconds on speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Place chicken, salt, paprika, garlic, 50 g breadcrumbs, cream cheese and milk in the mixing bowl and mix 15 seconds on speed 7. Transfer to a bowl. Using wet hands, form into walnut sized balls then gently flatten each ball.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Roll each nugget in the whisked eggs, then coat with remaining prepared breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry nuggets until golden brown on all sides. Remove and allow to drain on kitchen towel. Serve warm; delicious with chips, salad and lots of tomato sauce.
