Lemon and mint ice granita


3 lemons
200 g light brown sugar (pure cane sugar)
5 mint leaves
500 g ice


  1. Peel the lemons and remove the pith and seeds.
  2. Place the sugar in the mixing bowl and program 20 seconds on speed 10.
  3. Join the lemon and the mint leaves and mill for 1 minute and 30 seconds on speed 10.
  4. Add the ice and program 30 seconds on speed 6. Check the consistency of the slush and, if necessary, program a couple more seconds at the same speed or on speed 7.

Tip: The quantity of sugar may be reduced or adapted to your own preference.
