5 g icing sugar
15-20 mint leaves (save a few as a garnish)
1-2 limes
50 g Bacardi
50 g soda / sparkling water
200 g ice


  1. Chop the limes into quarters and place in the bowl with the sugar and most of the mint leaves (save a few to garnish). Put on for 20 seconds on reverse speed 3.
  2. Add the Bacardi, ice and sparkling water and put on for 5 seconds on reverse speed 3.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses with extra ice and garnish with the left over mint. If you don’t like bits in your mojito, use the internal straining cooking basket or a cocktail strainer.
