|15-20||mint leaves (save a few as a garnish)|
|50 g||soda / sparkling water|
- Chop the limes into quarters and place in the bowl with the sugar and most of the mint leaves (save a few to garnish). Put on for 20 seconds on reverse speed 3.
- Add the Bacardi, ice and sparkling water and put on for 5 seconds on reverse speed 3.
- Pour into chilled glasses with extra ice and garnish with the left over mint. If you don’t like bits in your mojito, use the internal straining cooking basket or a cocktail strainer.
